SERVICE: THE ESSENCE OF OUR BIRTH
Each man is born to serve – in the family, at the workplace, in the church, and in the nation. Children serve their parents, slaves serve their masters, leaders serve their people, couples serve each other. But the question is: how do we serve? Selfishly? Selflessly? When we find ourselves in various positions and portfolios, do we do our best? On this earth, do we render good services at all? Do we murder? Do we hate? Do we lie? Do we steal?

THE PRAYING DRIVER
I pray, heavenly Father, for myself, and for each passenger,
As we embark on such long journey.
Help me do nothing that would our precious lives endanger;
Let me esteem our lives than money.
I am human, therefore come and control the steering wheel
And save us from any danger ahead.
Come, Father, and drive us carefully home when I tired feel
That none ends up in a hospital bed.
